How the Integration Works
New-hire data flows straight into our enrollment system. Employees complete elections the same way we outline on our_process.html. Once elections are done:
- Carrier enrollment: Data transmits to the carrier on their schedule — immediately, next day, or a set cadence (e.g., Thursday morning or Friday night).
- Payroll deductions: Populate in payroll the next day so checks are correct.
- Compliance triggers: Terminations kick off COBRA/continuation notices to keep you compliant and employees protected.
- One system of record: Enrollment, carrier, and payroll data stay aligned without extra spreadsheets.
