We run both open enrollments and new-hire enrollments roughly from the 1st through the 15th of each month. At the start of each window, we ask HR/Owner to let employees know to expect an invitation and reminders by email, text, and/or an outbound call.
Why a signed election matters: It's the actual record of enrollment (or non‐enrollment) that provides proof benefits were offered consistently—reminders help prompt action, but it’s the signed election that counts.
Employees choose one of three paths to complete elections (all options are supported in English & Spanish):

By offering personal guidance, we not only simplify the benefits process—we show employees that we and their employer both genuinely care.
Each Friday during the window, we send HR/Owner a list of employees who haven’t finished so you can nudge them. If needed, you can make clear (in your words and policy) that completing elections is a condition of employment—because the choices protect the employee and the company.
Once completion hits 100%, we process the enrollment. We’ll either provide the payroll deductions to you, or transmit them to a preferred payroll partner and confirm setup.
We do the chasing so you don’t have to (there are always a few “hard-to-reach” folks in every company, so we'll ask for help with them). You’re free from paper shuffling and manual tracking—leaving you time to focus on running the business (or maybe even something more fun).
We’ll send a monthly reminder to report new hires and terminations—unless you’re connected to our system, in which case updates flow automatically.
Please review your carrier bills every month. Some carriers only allow retro changes back to the end of the prior month. While our system may send term notices, it’s not guaranteed to remove every individual perfectly. If you spot someone who should be added/removed, tell us and we’ll follow up right away. You know your roster best—share changes and we’ll handle the rest.
Other brokers give you forms. We give you finished enrollments.
Have employees call our bilingual benefits counselors for guided enrollments and Q&A during business hours.
Employees can pick a time that works—helpful when they want a spouse on the call to review health options together.
You can complete your elections using the secure link we email to you. We validate all submissions and capture signatures for your records.
