Option 1: White-Label (You in front, us behind the scenes)

360BenefitsGroup acts as your enrollment & technology arm. We are not client-facing; you run the meetings and own the updates. In return for using us as a GA on designated products and channeling a defined level of business, your team gets:

• Our enrollment platform (built & managed in-house)
• Bilingual call center & calendar scheduling for employees
• Benefits counselors who hand-hold employees through elections
• Payroll deduction files & carrier feeds (where supported)
• Ongoing eligibility changes, new hires/terms, and confirmations

Option 2: Co-Branded, Client-Facing

We meet with your clients, answer employee questions, and operate the enrollment—always acknowledging you as the broker of record. This model typically includes a revenue split. You stay focused on growth and renewals; we handle the heavy lifting between them.

Option 3: Referral Program (Turnkey for P&C & allied advisors)

Prefer not to build a full benefits division? Refer your client to us — or plug into one of our broker partners where we’re already powering the back office — and participate in a split revenue arrangement. We handle implementation, enrollment, and ongoing service. You solve the client’s problem without adding staff, software, compliance headaches, or distraction to your core book.
